By placing an order with Sweet Treats by Cheesy Qs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. Final payment is due 24 hours before pickup or delivery. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled without notice.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 4 days before the event may be eligible for partial credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 3 days of the event.
Pickups are available by appointment only. Late pickups beyond 30 minutes may result in rescheduling or additional fees. Delivery may be available for an additional fee within 30 miles. Sweet Treats by Cheesy Qs is not responsible for damages after delivery or pickup.
Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and gluten. Treenut-free kitchen! While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order.
Design inspiration is welcome, but we do not copy other bakers’ work. All products are handmade and subject to artistic interpretation. Minor variations may occur.
By placing an order, you grant Sweet Treats by Cheesy Qs permission to photograph your order and use images for marketing and social media. If you do not wish for your order to be photographed, please notify us in writing.
Sweet Treats by Cheesy Qs is not liable for any injuries, illness, or damages resulting from misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions. Products should be stored according to the provided instructions.
